Log in to QPS and email notifications

Login address and account information 

1. Log in at: https://lu.ortrac.com. Click on "Sign in." 
2. You will now encounter a Microsoft window. Enter your university account [at] lu [dot] se here. For example, ab1234cd-s [at] lu [dot] se. 
3. You will be redirected to the university's login window, where you enter the password for your university account/student account. Note: the username is your university account [at] lu [dot] se, not @student.lu.se, or any other email address.

If you are a new student, an account in QPS will be created for you after the roll call. If you have questions about this, contact the course administrator.

If you have other questions about your login or QPS, contact servicedesk [at] lu [dot] se.

Email address for exam reports and notifications 

Note! Starting from November 1, 2024, your email address in QPS will change to the university’s student address (firstname [dot] lastname [dot] 1234 [at] student [dot] lu [dot] se).

This means that exam reports and notifications from QPS after November 1 will be sent there. The change affects those of you currently using a private email address in QPS. The change is automatic, and as a student, you do not need to take any action.

Check your address

In your QPS profile, you can see which email address is registered to your account.

1. Click on your name in the left-hand menu and select "Settings."

2. Under "E-mail notifications," your email address will be shown in the right-hand column.

3. If after November 1 your student address is not listed here, contact qps [at] med [dot] lu [dot] se.

Activate email notifications 

Follow the same steps as above and choose how often you want to receive email notifications. Examples of notifications from QPS include new messages and when you receive feedback on assignments.
