Inloggning i QPS

Inloggningsadress och användaruppgifter

1. Logga in på: https://lu.ortrac.com. Klicka på "Sign in".
2. I universitetets inloggningsruta anger du ditt användarnamn samt lösenordet till ditt universitetskonto/studentkonto. T ex: ab1234cd-s [at] lu [dot] se (ab1234cd-s[at]lu[dot]se). Användarnamnet är ditt universitetskonto@lu.se, inte @student.lu.se, eller annan e-postadress. 

- "Jag kan inte logga in"

Kontrollera att du loggar in genom lu.ortrac.com med ditt universitetskonto [at] lu [dot] se, och inte med din e-postadress. Hör annars av dig till servicedesk [at] lu [dot] se. 

- "Jag har inget konto i QPS"

Är du ny student så kommer du att få tillgång till ditt konto i QPS i samband med att du börjar dina studier. Har du frågor om detta, hör av dig till kursens administratör.

Login and user information

1. Go to: https://lu.ortrac.com. Click on "Sign in".
2. When reaching the university log-in window, write the user name and password for your university account. For example:  ab1234cd-s [at] lu [dot] se (ab1234cd-s[at]lu[dot]se). Please note that the user name is your universityaccount@lu.se, not @student.lu.se, nor any other email address. 

- "I cannot sign in"

Make sure you are signing in with your university-account [at] lu [dot] se, and not your email address. If you still cannot sign in, contact servicedesk [at] lu [dot] se (servicedesk[at]lu[dot]se). 

- "I don't have an account in QPS."

If you are a new student you will get access to your QPS account when you begin your studies. Your course administrator can answer your questions about this.
