Inloggning i QPS

Nytt för vårterminen 2023 är att du loggar in med ditt universitetskonto (Lucat). Detta gäller både studenter och medarbetare. / New QPS login procedure, via your university account, for all students and staff from Spring 2023.

Från 31 juli 2023 är det endast möjligt med inloggning genom universitetskontot.

Inloggningsadress och användaruppgifter

Microsoft inloggningsfönster
  1. Logga in på: https://lu.ortrac.com. Klicka på "Sign in". 
  2. Du möts nu av en Microsoft-ruta. Ange här ditt universitetskonto [at] lu [dot] se. T ex: ab1234cd [at] lu [dot] se. OBS! Är du student, skriv ab1234cd-s [at] lu [dot] se.
  3. Du omdirigeras till universitetets inloggningsruta där du anger lösenordet till ditt universitetskonto/studentkonto. Obs: användarnamnet är ditt universitetskonto [at] lu [dot] se, inte @student.lu.se, eller annan e-postadress. 

- "Jag kommer fortfarande in på gamla QPS-adressen"

Fram tills du loggat in med ditt universitetskonto första gången, så kommer du fortsatt kunna logga in med din e-postadress på samma sätt som tidigare. Från 31 juli 2023 är det endast möjligt med inloggning genom universitetskontot. 

- "Jag har dubbla konton i QPS"

Under VT23 kommer eventuella dubbla konton att slås ihop med ditt primära konto. Ditt primära konto är det som du når när du loggar in med ditt universitetskonto. 

- "Jag har inget konto i QPS"

Är du ny student så kommer du att få ett konto i QPS efter uppropet. Har du frågor om detta, hör av dig till kursens administratör.

Login and user information

Microsoft inloggningsfönster
  1. Log in at: https://lu.ortrac.com. Click on "Sign in".

    If you are already logged into another LU platform such as Canvas, you will automatically already be logged in to QPS.
     
  2. If you are not already logged in, a Microsoft window will pop up. Write your universityaccount [at] lu [dot] se, for example ab1234cd [at] lu [dot] se. Please note! If your are a student, write ab1234cd-s [at] lu [dot] se.
     
  3. You will be re-routed to the university log-in window where you write the password for your university account. Please note that the user name is your universityaccount [at] lu [dot] se, NOT @student.lu.se, nor any other email address. 

- "I can still log in with my old QPS address."

Until you have logged in for the first time with your university account, you will be able to use your old login. From July 31, 2023 you will only be able to log in with your university account. 

- "I have two or more accounts in QPS."

During the Spring semester of 2023, any double or triple identities in QPS will be combined to one. Your primary account is the one you use when you log in with your university account. 

- "I don't have an account in QPS."

If you are a new student you will receive an account in QPS after registration and the start of your course. Your course administrator can answer your questions about this.
